News Bollinger: 'U' set for future Editorial Ranting over rankings This week, the Michigan Student Assembly passed a resolution that characterizes the U.S. News and World Report rankings of the top universities in America - in which the University appeared at 24 - as possessing unfair criteria and inherit biases against many institutions.
