Iceland's reigning queen of pop has released a CD that showcases her odd vocal stylings mixed with an increasingly diverse blend of background sounds and rhythms. In "Telegram," Bjork produces 11 tracks of techno rhythms, relying on remix masters like Tricky and Dobie to give her album the drive that is characteristic Bjork. At times, however, the music is a little too formulaic to be exceptional.
