Questions still curse Cooper: Ohio State coach must think of 'M' everyday

COLUMBUS - Revenge fuels most good rivalries, but at Ohio State, the bitterness borders on obsession. It has hung over coach John Cooper's head for years now in the form of a sign, which stares down at him and his players as they train each day in the Woody Hayes Center: "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO BEAT MICHIGAN TODAY?"

Tickets to this game are worth more than money

How much is your ticket worth to you? How much? Maybe $100 or $150 or $200 in cold cash - money you could use on important things like books, bread or beer? Think about it. What would it take for you to stay home alone tomorrow, with bedlam bombarding the Big House just blocks away?

Who's going to win? Here are two opinions

Michigan Will Win

The Ohio State campus is certainly excited for its matchup with Michigan in Ann Arbor tomorrow. Students clad in red and white have been spewing words all week. Just listen to what one sixth-year sophomore said the other day: "Yeah, yeah. We're going to beat Michigan! Yeah, yeah we are. We always do. All my friends are going to go see the game. My car - it's red too, you know - will take the trip south to get us there.

Ohio State Will Win

Once upon a November day, while I shivered, cold and weary, Over a wondrous halftime lead and I cheered, barely winning,

One dream left: Brian Griese Feature

The end of an era is here. Michigan quarterback Brian Griese does not flinch, complain or dwell on the inevitable. With the same inner calm and maturity that he has displayed all season, Griese acknowledged the magnitude of today's matchup against Ohio State, arguably the biggest game in the last decade for Michigan football and certainly the biggest game of his career.

The Matchups: What should be a close game won't be: Blue will win big

Michigan vs. Ohio State. Bo vs. Woody. Good vs. Evil. There is no overstating the importance and the hatred of this rivalry. And with the Rose Bowl on the line, to say this game means everything wouldn't be stretching the truth.

Michigan-Ohio State rivalry always bitter

History will be on display tomorrow afternoon. One of college football's most storied rivalries, and perhaps its most vicious, will add a new chapter to its annals that will have higher stakes than any other in almost a quarter century.
