Dolyny opened the scoring at 15:03 of the first period with assists from Mike York and Jeff Kozakowski. Chris Richards tied the game at 1-1 a little over two minutes later.
Dolyny added his second power-play goal in the second period, also assisted by Kozakowski.
Michigan State (16-4-4 CCHA, 24-4-5 overall) has scored at least one power-play goal in 11 of its last 13 games. Ohio State (15-10-1, 18-11-2) had the longest active unbeaten streak.

Lake Superior 3, Ferris St. 2
Mike Vigalante and Mike Kucsulain scored third-period goals as Lake Superior overcame a two-goal deficit to beat Ferris State 3-2 Saturday night.
The Bulldogs (9-12-3, 12-16-3) scored two goals to open an early 2-0 lead.
The Lakers (10-11-4, 13-13-4) cut the lead to one on a goal by Ryan Vince at 2:05 of the second period.
W. Michigan 5, Notre Dame 3
David Gove and Jay McCabe scored two goals each as Western Michigan beat Notre Dame, 5-3, Saturday night to end a nine-game home losing streak.
It was the first home victory for the Broncos (6-18-1, 7-24-3) since a 4-3 overtime victory against Lake Superior State on Nov. 14. The Fighting Irish (4-15-4, 9-12-4) are 1-13 at Lawson Arena since the 1983-84 season.
