ATLANTA - In this final stretch of the season, including Michigan's Big Ten Tournament championship run, the Wolverines are shooting at a remarkable clip from behind the 3-point line. Maybe it's time to give these 3-point hurlers a nickname heading into the national collegiate tournament that holds a moniker of its own - The Big Dance.
The Bomb Squad
Last week's home game against Lake Superior - also known as Senior Night - honored four years of stellar performances from players like Bill Muckalt, Matt Herr and Marty Turco.
This week, the CCHA lauded the efforts of those who will fill the senior roles in three years - and several Wolverines were included. Freshman center Mark Kosick and defenseman Mike Van Ryn earned spots on the all-rookie team and forward Josh Langfeld received honorable mention recognition.

It wasn't exactly the Michigan women's basketball team at its finest. But considering that those two minutes were the first ones of its most important game of the season, the performance wasn't shocking.
