Women's hoops welcome The Family, Inc to Crisler

Michigan women's basketball sees its first game action as they host The Family Inc., in an exhibition.

The Wolverines' opponents are comprised of former Division I women's players. Dena Head, who graduated from Plymouth-Canton High School about a half-hour away, will be on the court this Sunday against Michigan. Head's collegiate career was at Tennessee from 1988-92.

After Michigan was left out of the top four for the conference in the coaches' poll released by the Big Ten, the Wolverines think they are going to have to prove their worth once again. Michigan finished a surprising second place in the conference last year 13-3 Big Ten record.
