'The $treet': A future for B-schoolers? Now showing on FOX

Fox's new drama, "The $treet," plays like a dramatization of a self-help book titled "Everything You Didn't Learn at the Michigan Business School." For example, I'm sure the B-School doesn't teach classes on how to endure internships where your boss treats you like his lackey.
And I'd be willing to bet there is no business class called "How to Handle an Office Quickie 101."
But pre-business majors don't fear; the creator of "Beverly Hills 90201" and "Sex and the City" is here to supplement your education!
Darren Star's new creation is like a guy's version of "Sex and the City." While "City's" gals debate the benefits of spending your entire paycheck on Manolo Blahnik shoes, "The $treet's" boys debate who would win in a fight, Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Xena: Warrior Princess (consensus: Xena).
The guys also debate modern-day etiquette like whether or not opening a door for a woman is still okay (consensus: No, because "feminazis like to feel equal to men and door holding points out that they're not.") in between trading volatile stocks on Wall Street.
The technical jargon on the show will no doubt appeal to students in the B-School, but non-business majors beware; Econ 101 is practically a prerequisite for this show.
Girls, don't fear. Even though this show is guy central, there are a few girls on the show (and even one or two who aren't sluts!)
My personal favorite is Donna (Melissa De Sousa), the street-smart receptionist who doesn't take any garbage from her Harvard MBA co-workers, while battling to get into the company's training program.
Or if you don't like the receptionist, you can just feast your eyes on Jack Kenderson (Tom Everett Scott, "That Thing You Do") and Mark McConnell (Sean Mahr, "Party of Five").
Either way, "The $treet" has something for everyone.
