Alumni Talk with Emma Bumstead

Emma Bumstead (BFA '11) creates marketing materials such as posters and tickets for Michigan Athletics' varsity teams. She manages a team of four graphic design interns, all current UM students. While studying at UM, she served as Michiganensian Yearbook's photo editor and photographer, and as graphic designer for SHEI Fashion Magazine. She also interned for organizations including University Musical Society. Join us, during this dinner-break networking opportunity with pizza or subs provided. 

Alumni Talk with Molly Stevens ('94)

After seven years with Google as a User Experience (UX) Researcher and Manager – in NY, Shanghai, & California - Molly Stevens now serves as Director of UX for Uber.

A graduate of UM’s Residential College in 1994, she worked as a staff photographer for the Daily, where she covered the 1992 March for Women’s Lives in DC, the Clinton/Gore election, and even dabbled in graphic layout of photo stories for Weekend magazine. They include Eugene Robinson, Ann Marie Lipinski, Dan Biddle, Amy Harmon, Neil Chase, Stephen Henderson, Lisa Pollak, and Rebecca Blumenstein, and they are joined by other distinguished Daily alumni and student staff of the paper.
