The 2007-2008 Student Directory includes a 28-page section with information about University departments and organizations, as well as the phone number and unique name for each enrolled student at the University of Michigan. Please be sure to complete all the
blanks on the form below, including the name of the person to whom you would
like the books delivered. The Student Directories will be delivered
to that address by the third week in October. Large orders submitted after
October 1 must be picked up at the Student Publications Building. If you are
ordering books to be delivered to more than one location, please use a separate
form for each location, even if all are being charged to the same P-Card.
